WALK-IN CLINIC Day: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings, Friday Afternoons Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm (Tues & Thurs) and 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Fri) Location: Parkland Youth Homes                 4920 54 Street                 Red Deer Phone: (403) 340-8995 The Walk-In Clinic is open Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Friday afternoons from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Clients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis with no appointment necessary. Counseling at the Walk-In Clinic is free of charge. We welcome individuals, couples and families. Counseling is offered in a single session format where issues are identified and explored in a time frame of approximately 50 minutes. Occasionally, we will use a team to observe and then share their observations with the client(s). Clients are able to return to the Walk-In Clinic on an as-needed basis; however, scheduled appointments are not offered and there is no guarantee a client will speak with the same therapist/counsellor twice. This program is able to operate because of the generosity of professionals who volunteer their time, the cooperation with local educational programs, and support from Alberta Family and Social Services, and FCSS.
